LUX Paradise Properties offers property management services on the west coast of Florida from Tarpon Springs to Naples. My wife Heidi are I are Florida natives and were born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area. On the water is our favorite place to be and you will often find us fishing, island hoping, or enjoying one of the amazing restaurants this coast of Florida has to offer. Heidi and I take great joy in showing others the many quaint little beach towns dotted down the west coast and all the natural beauty Florida has to offer. A passion for hospitality and a love for our beautiful state is what drove us to Start this firm with the motto “Expect Excellence” in mind. After traveling and staying in many short-term rentals across our state and others we noticed that we were often disappointed with the quality and lack of attention to the needs of guests. It seemed to us that people were just throwing homes together and slapping an add up, we knew we could do better. By being travelers and owners of a small portfolio of short term rentals ourselves, we know what works for everyone. We want every home we manage to be a home where we would be happy to stay. We all work diligently for our investment properties and tirelessly for our vacation time. Both of these deserve our upmost care and attention to detail to insure the best experience possible.
